The Romanoff Foundation is collaborating with Grange Park Opera to bring you the fascinating history of Mazeppa.

We are honoured to be enlightened by Harvard University Distinguished Fellow Dr. Tatiana Tairova (Yakovleva). She is the author of 16 books and around 140 articles on the history of Ukraine, including the monograph Ivan Mazepa and the Russian Empire (McGill & Queen, 2020). She was Professor of Ukrainian History and Director of the Center for the Ukrainian Studies at St. Petersburg State University for nearly two decades, prior to her current role at Harvard University. (Note – the speaker’s attendance is subject to obtaining a visa to enter the UK.)
