Access

We ask that guests without good mobility are accompanied. The stalls are accessible without using stairs and all accessible seating is placed here. There are 12 steps to the Stalls Circle, 26 steps to the Grand Tier and 40 steps to the Balcony. Mobility scooters are not permitted due to the uneven nature of our ancient grounds. We do not have a lift.

Coaches

If travelling by coach you will need to use the postcode: KT24 6AW which will lead you to the second entrance and correct drive to go down.

Follow the entrance until you reach the hard standing to drop off guests. Guests can then walk to the field entrance and follow the track to the left which will take guests to the Walled Orchard entrance or down to the theatre. If you have any guests with walking difficulties we can arrange for a buggy to transport them to the theatre.

The coach will then need to turnaround and park in the small field adjacent to the hard standing and engine must be turned off.
