Ticket Terms & Conditions

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled
  • The Management reserves the right to change or cancel the published programme without prior notice
  • Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium and there will be no re-admission, unless there is a suitable pause
  • The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder in reasonable circumstances including, without limitation, where the ticket holder breaches these Terms and Conditions, disrupts other audience members’ enjoyment or does anything that the Management considers to be unacceptable behaviour, taking health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account
  • The Management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the tickets
  • Photography is strictly prohibited
  • Mobile phones must be switched off
  • Bags, food and drink must not be taken into the auditorium


Ticket Exchanges

  • Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for an alternative date
  • Exchanges must be pre-arranged at least 5 days prior to the date of the performance
  • Tickets purchased within 5 days of the performance will not be eligible for exchange
  • There is an exchange fee of £5 per ticket payable in advance


Ticket Resales

  • Resales will only be accepted if there is a demand. If there is not demand, you are advised to offer the tickets to friends
  • Resales must be pre-arranged at least 5 days prior to the date of the performance
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Please be aware there is an implied risk that tickets may not be resold. The seller must contact the Box Office to check the status of the tickets prior to the performance
  • Should your ticket be resold, the value will be applied to a Gift Voucher which will be issued a month after the end of the season
  • Tickets put up for resale will be subject to a resale fee of £5 per ticket in advance

Dining Terms & Conditions

  • Dining balances must be settled in advance of your arrival
  • Any items purchased on site must be paid in full before leaving the site
  • Menu choices must be provided one month before the opening night of the season
  • Failure to provide menu choices will result in a default menu being applied
  • Menu choices can be amended up to 10 working days before the performance
  • Any restaurant and picnic cancellations within 5 working days of your booking will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
  • Any cancellations for picnic places, pre-performance orders and wine within 24 hours of your booking will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
