Our first autumn happening is at Greyfriars, whose gold medal Cuvée Royale was a big hit during the season. Mike & Hilary Wagstaff don’t just grow the grapes – they actually make the wine, choosing the optimum moment to pick, balancing sugar and acidity.

Mike and Aaron Gilling will take you through their beautiful vineyards, including a serenade from soprano Ailish Tynan.

You’ll then see the factory and have a tutored tasting.
