Wasfi’s playlists

Many people say to me “I wish I knew more about classical music but I don’t know where to start”. The introduction talks you through “hooks” onto which you can hang learning and from there broaden it . Each list combines lots of genres / centuries.

The springboard for my lists is the rhyme “Monday’s child is fair of face . . .”

Then I asked a few friends “Off the top of your head: if I didn’t know much about classical music, which 10 pieces would you suggest I listen to?”.
