Harriet Thorpe
Harriet Thorpe was born on June 8, 1957. She attended London’s Central School of Speech and Drama before having success in television. Harriet is best known for her role as Carole in ‘The Brittas Empire’ and Fleur in ‘Absolutely Fabulous’ both for the BBC.
Harriet’s other credits include: ‘Midsomer Murders’ (ITV), ‘Streetcar to Tennessee’ (Young Vic), ‘Brighton Rock’ (Almeida Theatre), ‘Cabaret’ (Lyric Theatre, UK tour and Savoy Theatre), ‘Crazy for You’ (Regent’s Park and Novello Theatre), ‘Great Britain’ (National Theatre) and ‘The Lady in the Van’ (directed by Nick Hytner).
