FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the dress code?

Many guests wear black tie and long dresses and we encourage stylish creativity. Don’t be afraid to stand out from the crowd. We would prefer that you do not wear jeans or shorts

After the opera, where do taxis wait?

Taxis must arrive before the end of the performance. They will not be able to enter once the performance has ended, because of the departing cars.

They should wait in the car park field in front of West Horsley Place. Once you are ready for your taxi, please text the taxi which can then drive out of the car park (using the exit) and turn left to get to the gravel in front of West Horsley Place

How do I book dining and picnics?

Restaurant meals can be booked online up to seven days in advance and menu choices must be made at least three days in advance.

If it is between 3 and 7 days before the opera, please email us to make a booking, stating the order number of your tickets.

Picnics are booked online at least seven days in advance.
