Before the performance
At least 7 days before, we need names of all your guests (as it appears on their ID) who will be checked by security.
You have the option of pre-ordering your programme by emailing or calling the office.
Make sure that all of your guests are aware of the restrictions in place.
Where is the prison?
SatNav TW15 3JZ
Ashford (Surrey) station is a 15 minute walk from the prison.
Buses 117 (Staines – Ashford – Feltham – Hounslow – Isleworth) 216 (Kingston – Hampton – Sunbury – Ashford).
Important: There may be road closures on the Ashford side of Woodthorpe Road. Follow the diversion.
There is a final road closed sign on Woodthorpe Road just south of the prison. Please drive past it, and turn left into the prison. The closure is shown on google maps.
Arrival procedure
Guests report to the visitor centre allowing 40 minutes to go through security.
Please be aware that latecomers cannot be admitted.
The performance runs for 2 hours with no interval.
Bring with you:
Current photo ID: either a driving licence (preferred) or passport
No more than £5 cash for a programme.
A credit card for tea and merchandise made by the residents.
