By pre-arrangement, tickets can be collected from the Box Office Tent, situated by the theatre, 2 hours before the performance.
WHAT TO WEAR
Most guests prefer to wear evening dress (black tie/long or short dress). Men who do not wish to wear black tie may opt for any stylish alternative. A shawl or wrap is useful for the cooler evenings.
Even on a rainy day, you can enjoy excellent opera and a festive atmosphere. The theatre is a permanent structure and once you are inside, you are oblivious to the elements. Some of our audience dines in the restaurant inside the elegant House, or in the Restaurant Marquee. The Long Marquee (with tables and chairs) is large enough for all picnickers. On a fine day, many picnic around the formal gardens of West Horsley Place. There is a champagne bar to set the mood for an elegant evening.
We are sorry that the site is not easy for people who have difficulty walking. If a member of your party has severely restricted mobility, please contact the office and we will ensure that suitable arrangements are made in terms of access, the position of your seat in the theatre, drop-off, dining and so on. We do not have a hearing loop.
Festival programmes, the Grange Park Opera mug and Woollen Picnic Throw are all available to purchase on the day, or you can order them online.
